Jenna Pierce

Program Manager

Jenna is a Program Manager with Acacia Center for Justice’s Unaccompanied Children Program. Prior to joining Acacia in 2022, Jenna worked for over five years with the Vera Institute of Justice’s Center on Immigration and Justice, where she supported the Unaccompanied Children Program’s Operations and Quality Assurance team. Before joining Vera, Jenna worked at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs (MOIA), where she managed the first ever program evaluation of We Are New York (later renamed We Speak NYC), an educational television series designed to teach adult immigrants English and promote civic engagement. Prior to MOIA, Jenna was a Project Coordinator for Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County’s Health Consumer Center. She also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Dulce Nombre de Copán, Honduras. Jenna holds a MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy, with a specialization in International Development, from NYU Wagner and a BA in both Spanish and International Relations from the University of California, Davis. She lives in Los Angeles with her partner and sweet, anxious rescue mutt, Mika.
