
Juliana Morgan-Trostle
Senior Program Associate, Learning & Development
Juliana is the Senior Program Associate for Learning and Development – Representation. She was previously an interim supervising attorney at Centro Legal de la Raza, where she represented families and youth in removal proceedings. Prior to Centro, Juliana founded and directed a medical-legal partnership and represented Spanish-speaking survivors of gender-based violence in immigration, family law, housing, and benefits cases as an Equal Justice Works fellow and staff attorney at Bay Area Legal Aid. Juliana earned her J.D. from NYU School of Law, where she was a Latinx Rights Scholar, Hays Civil Liberties Fellow, and recipient of the Law Alumni of Color Association Public Service Convocation prize. A former Fulbright Scholar in Argentina, Juliana graduated with a B.A. in political science from Haverford College. She lives in Oakland, CA with her partner and their dog, Zuma.
