Katie has over 15 years of experience in fields of data analytics and data management. At Acacia Center for Justice, she leads a team of data engineers, analysts and data scientists who provide end-to-end analytics services for program review and federal compliance reporting. Her team manages data pipelines from a network of national service providers into a cloud-based data lake (on Amazon Web Services). In this role, she is responsible for strategic planning and employment of cutting-edge technologies applied to all aspects of data management in support of the overarching research agenda. Katie enjoys travelling, art, birding, and spending time with her kids in her free time.
