Ransford Adusei is a Senior Financial Associate with the Unaccompanied Children Program of Acacia Center for Justice where he serves as the main point of contact to dozens of finance departments at subcontractor and vendor partners throughout the US, managing and taking part in negotiations around subcontractor budgets, compiling and consolidating program budget, updating forecasts throughout the year and ensuring that budget vs. Actuals is closely monitored. He joined Vera Institute of Justice in 2020 as a business analyst, focusing on the cost analysis for the program before the transition to Acacia. Prior to coming to Vera, Ransford provided financial analysis on grants and contracts for a range of nonprofits. Ransford was born in Kumasi, Ghana. He also holds an MS in financial economics from Ohio University and a BA in integrated management studies from the University for Development Studies in Tamale, Ghana.
