
Roman Parajon
Program Analyst, UCP
Roman (he/him) is joining the UCP team as a Program Analyst. He will be working with the Operations and Quality Assurance team to support the work of legal service providers. Roman recently graduated with a BA in Government and Economics with a minor in Latin American Studies from Bowdoin College. While an undergraduate, he interned and volunteered with several legal service providers in Southern California. He helped with Humanitarian Parole applications at Al Otro Lado, assisted DACA applicants at the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN-LA), and served on the National Qualified Representative Program (NQRP) team at the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project. He also interned with the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs and volunteered as an English conversation teacher at the Los Angeles Public Library. Roman is currently based in his home city of Los Angeles. He enjoys playing music, learning languages, hiking, and going to the beach in his free time.
